Preparing for Growth Without Losing Control
This case study is a composite based on common engagement patterns and does not represent a specific RedRope client.
The challenge
A clinic network had grown from one location to four in three years. Each new site had its own scheduling process and its own way of reporting up to leadership, and executives were starting to lose visibility into which locations needed attention.
The approach
The Assessment phase mapped scheduling and reporting practices across every location and identified where they diverged. We aligned each site on a shared operating model, connected scheduling data into a single view, and automated the weekly leadership summary that previously required four separate phone calls.
The outcome
Leadership now sees consistent, real-time visibility across all four locations — and the operating model is ready to support the next clinic without adding administrative overhead.
